About the job
As Packaging Manager you will responsible to manage packaging development portfolio, to support sustainability of business related to packaging development, manage Innovation and Renovation align with business objective, compliance and packaging regulation and also to manage packaging portfolio and road map include innovation and renovation, support production/operation process related to business contingency plan and collaboration between regional and global packaging team.
About you Targeted profile- Min. Bachelor degree in Food Technology/ Biology/ Chemical/ Packaging
- Min. 5 years experience in food industry, preferably in Packaging Development
Specific Knowledge :
- Rigid and Flexible Packaging, and Packaging Validation
- Food Technology/Food Processing knowledge
- Food safety and HACCP
- Project Management
- English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Understand and demonstrate CODES behaviour
Business Understanding :
- Packaging Cost Profitability, CoGS and CO
- Business process, RACI of related stakeholders
- Business argument and decision making based on the business and quality related to pack development
